How often does ShoppingFeeder fetch new data from my store?

Every 8 hours ShoppingFeeder will retrieve the latest pricing and product information from your store, we refer to this as Product Syncing. You can force ShoppingFeeder to go and Sync Products by clicking the Sync Products button in the top right-hand corner of the app.

 

What is the cost of the subscription after the free trial?

The cost is determined by the number of stores, users, products and also the number of channels you are subscribed to. You can view a details breakdown of the costs on our Packages Page

I only have 5 products in my store why ShoppingFeeder is showing I have 20?

ShoppingFeeder creates offers based on the variants each of your products have. Offers = Products x Variants. If you have a Shirt that is available in three sizes, ShoppingFeeder will create 3 offers: Shirt Large, Shirt Medium, Shirt Small.

I don’t see the channel I want to list my products on.

If you don’t see the channel you are wanting to list on, on our Channels Page, drop us an email and we’ll see how we can help you.

Can I have my feed in CSV format?

ShoppingFeeder support feeds in a variety of formats if you do not see the channels you are looking for, please contact us.

Why do I need to Map Categories?

Some channels require that you map your categories. Mapping categories helps a channel more effectively display your products in front of users and leads to more clicks to your site.

How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account please send us an email on support@shoppingfeeder.com

How do I remove products from ShoppingFeeder?

ShoppingFeeder will import all the products from your store. Once imported into your store you can use ShoppingFeeder to remove offers from your feed.

I have 503 error or Failed-Server when adding my feed(XML file) on the channel.

You will first have to build your feed by clicking “rebuild feeds” in the top right. Once that’s done, you should be good to go
